REPLACEMENT POLICY

Please read and understand the details stated herewith under Warranty & Replacement.

Firstly, for defective goods only, Yosadees Neon provides a replacement for defective parts. Yosadees Neon will make every effort to solve the issue you are experiencing in a quick manner. Every issue is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the absolute discretion of Yosadees Neon Sign.

In the unlikely event your sign arrives faulty or whilst under warranty, please get in touch with your order number, as well as a full video of where it arrived damaged or is faulty. We will then resolve the issue ASAP by replacing the defective part.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG NEON SIGN?

If there is an issue with your order, such as the wrong size, the neon sign being defective or we send you the wrong color (for example you selected yellow and you receive the sign in white) then simply notify us, and we will then resolve the issue ASAP by replacing the the sign.

Please note: There might be a slight color difference from the graphics to the real-life neon lighting. Check out the real-life colors

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We do not offer exchanges because each product is made personalized for your specifications. However, for any reason you find your neon sign faulty or defective, just let us know and we will resolve the issue ASAP.

WARRANTY

Our Indoor LED neon signs come with a 2-year warranty. We can also make your neon sign suitable for outdoor use, please get in touch for a quote. Our outdoor neon signs come with a 6 months manufacturer’s warranty (when used properly).

On the rare occasion that you have a defective sign, please contact us with a full video of your sign including the power supply and dimmer so we can identify the issue and get it resolved ASAP!

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

Carelessness, mishap, robbery, imperfect handling of the sign, harm by and activities of others, or where sufficient consideration has not been taken to prevent synthetic, ice, or snow harm to the item will not be covered by this warranty. Any harm to the indoor sign caused by its usage outdoors will not be covered by this warranty.

The guarantee doesn’t cover items that have been exposed to harmful, atomic, or destructive conditions. Also where working temperatures fall beneath – 40 degrees Celsius or surpass 60 degrees Celsius.

WHAT ARE YOSADEES NEON'S PAYMENT AND BILLING T&C'S?

You are requested to pay online to confirm your order with us. Once the payment has been made after placing the order, there is no money-refund option. Payments through cards and PayPal are acceptable.
WHAT IS THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF CREATE NEON SIGN?

Our LED steel tube neon lights are handmade according to your requirements, using LED curved tubes and placed on an acrylic base. Our custom outdoor signs are made using high-quality LED lights within a completely sealed acrylic material. In both our indoor and outdoor signs, no glass, neon gas or mercury is used. The manufacturing process and materials used fully comply with the cruelty-free production standards.
HOW LONG DO CREATE NEON SIGN TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

As it is handmade, your order usually takes 2 - 3 weeks to arrive. If you want it delivered earlier, you can choose the express service for $50. The delivery time is 7 - 14 days.
DO NEON SIGNS GET AFFECTED BY THE COLD WEATHER?

Neon Signs functions don’t get affected by wind, dust, or cold weather. However, if you plan to use the neon signs outdoors, please order a waterproof neon sign.
HOW EXPENSIVE IS IT TO RUN A CUSTOM MADE NEON SIGN?
