REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

YOSADEES Neon does not offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final, due to the custom nature of each product. Please be sure of your purchase at the time of ordering. The Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

However, YOSADEES Neon does offer a 24-month replacement warranty so you don’t need to worry if in any rare case, your product arrives faulty. We will attempt to give the most excellent products as standard but in any case, if your product stops functioning due to any manufacturing fault or arrives with any shipping damages, you will be given a replacement. The guarantee is nullified if the client decides to alter the light or potential wires during the installation. Should a wire be defective, we will replace the item at our prudence. We will offer to replace it with an item of comparative style and worth.

Carelessness, mishap, robbery, imperfect handling of the sign, harm by and activities of others, or where sufficient consideration has not been taken to prevent synthetic, ice, or snow harm to the item will not be covered by this warranty. Any harm to the indoor sign caused by its usage outdoors will not be covered by this warranty.

The guarantee doesn’t cover items that have been exposed to harmful, atomic, or destructive conditions. Also where working temperatures fall beneath – 40 degrees Celsius or surpass 60 degrees Celsius.
