All our signs are high-quality that require sufficient production, testing, and quality assurance time.
3 weeks is the greatest turnaround time however, most customers receive their signs within 2 weeks of ordering.
If you want your sign earlier, please opt for the express delivery option for just $50 extra. Express delivery time is 10 business days.
Replacement & Warranty
DOES MY NEON SIGN COME ALONG WITH A GUARANTEE?
Yes! All our neon signs come with a 2-Year warranty. You can always reach out to us with any manufacturing issues such as flickering or fusing of the light and we will send you a replacement.
DOES YOSADEES NEON HAVE ANY REFUND POLICY?
NO! YOSADEES Neon doesn’t offer refunds. However, for the best customer experience, we offer free replacement of any faulty product that has been shipped to you. For evaluation purposes, we would require photos and videos of any manufacturing fault that is encountered by our customers.

WHAT ARE THE BACKING OPTIONS FOR MY NEON SIGN?
Your sign will come mounted on a high-quality transparent acrylic backing. We have two main backing options:
- Text Shape (Most Popular) – Cut around the shape of the sign to look aesthetically pleasing.
- Rectangular backboard – A rectangular backboard; is highly durable and suitable for big signs & outdoor use.
HOW BIG CAN A CUSTOMIZED NEON SIGN BE?
We can make LED neon signs as large as you want them to be, just let us know the desired width or height and we will get back to you with the proportional dimensions. Please note that signs larger than 150cm (59 inches) may need to be made in two or more parts (connected via an m/f connector). However, your sign will appear and lighten up as a single sign.
Material
WHAT MATERIAL IS USED TO MANUFACTURE CREATE NEON SIGNS?
All our signs are made with LED flex that is mounted on an acrylic backing. The materials utilized are PVC and acrylic and no mercury, gas, or glass is involved in the manufacturing of our neon signs. Our outdoor signs have an IP67 Waterproof rating as they go under special waterproofing treatment.
ARE THE NEON FLEX STRIPS DETACHABLE FROM THE BACKING?
Nope. The PVC neon flex strips are adhered to the acrylic backing and can never detach or break.
Technical
CAN I HAVE BATTERY-POWERED NEON SIGNS?
Most led neon signs are plug-ins that accompany a 4.9ft cable that comes with a power adapter compatible with your selected country. The cord connecting your sign and the power supply is kept transparent to give your decoration a more finished look.
DO I NEED A REMOTE OR DIMMER FOR NEON SIGNS?
All Create Neon signs come with free a remote controller and a dimmer so you don’t need to order an extra remote or dimmer.
ARE NEON SIGNS SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE?
Yes, if you request a custom LED neon sign for outdoor use, we will get your sign to undergo a waterproofing treatment to make it suitable for outdoor use. Our outdoor neon signs have an IP67 waterproof rating.
ARE LED NEON SIGNS HARMFUL TO THE ENVIRONMENT IN ANY WAY?
Nope. Our material and manufacturing processes are 100% environmental-friendly. We don’t use mercury or any other toxic gases during the production nor do we use any synthetic compounds that can make recycling difficult.
YOSADEES Neon lights are also extremely energy-efficient and consume appropriately 10 times less energy than glass neon signs.
Our LED neon signs are also 5 times more durable than the traditional glass neon sign which leads to less wastage.
HOW DO I INSTALL MY SIGN ON THE WALL?
We send you a free installation kit including the wall mounting and hanging equipment. You can choose either of the ways to install your sign.
